Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Jr, has revealed that he shares a ‘very close’ relationship with England star, Jadon Sancho.
Vinicius said he always exchanges messages with the Manchester United winger, adding that he is very happy when the former Borussia Dortmund star gets on the scoresheet.
The Brazilian and Sancho have played against one another in youth football.
Both footballers have represented their national teams in various age groups.
“I’m very close to Sancho, who I played against in youth football,” Vinicius said (via SportBIBLE).
“I always wish him the best. We always swap messages and I’m very happy when he scores or plays well.”
Sancho is yet to win over fans at Man United since joining the Red Devils from Dortmund at the start of last season.
His performances have been inconsistent so far this season.
Sancho has scored three goals and registered two assists from 14 games in all competitions, including the Premier League.
