Everton set up the £25m price at a late night deal for a striker West Ham have twice attempted to sign with Beto is set for a medical test.

West Ham and Everton are both on the chase after another striker and it appears Sean Dyche might have made a forward leap.

The Hammers and Toffees have made differentiating starts to the new season. Furthermore, David Moyes has had a boundlessly predominant summer move window as well.

West Ham are very nearly making their fourth top notch marking of the window in the wake of concurring an arrangement for splendid Ajax attacker Mohammed Kudus. What’s more, the previous Everton supervisor is focusing on a striker next with next Friday’s cutoff time materializing.

With a limited budget Everton have also been feverishly trying to find a forward who can stay fit and score goals.

Now they’re close to bringing in a player who has been on West Ham’s radar from as far back as 2021.

West Ham had a keen interest in striker Beto two summers ago when he was at Portimonense, as reported at the time by Portuguese outlet Record.

West Ham held talks but a deal never materialised and the 6ft 4in star signed for Udinese instead.
