Tottenham are considering a £50 million move for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho.
Sancho, 23, joined the Red Devils from Borussia Dortmund for £73m in 2020 but has struggled with form and fitness throughout his two-year spell.
The England star spent a lot of the 2022–23 campaign away from the United squad. Manager Erik ten Hag sent him to the Netherlands to recuperate physically and mentally.
He has impressed in parts this season but has struggled to deliver on expectations, scoring seven goals in 41 appearances in all competitions this term.
After losing his place in the Three Lions fold and making his future at Old Trafford uncertain, the Daily Star say Spurs are considering a summer swoop.
The North Londoners are looking to rebuild their squad ahead of newly appointed manager Ange Postecoglou’s maiden campaign.
Spurs are willing to pay £50m for the 23-cap international, though United are looking for £60m for the Manchester City academy graduate.
Postecoglou’s men have also opened talks with Leicester over a £40m move for playmaker James Madison.
At this stage, Dortmund are only interested in a loan move for Sancho
