Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Brazilian forward Angelo from Santos.
As reported by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday, negotiations are ongoing between Chelsea and Santos for Angelo’s transfer.
The Blues reportedly submitted an official bid to the Brazilian club for Angelo’s signature. They offered £15 million to Santos to bring the 18-year-old attacker to Stamford Bridge this summer transfer window.
Since Kai Havertz is close to joining Premier League rival Arsenal, Chelsea is expected to sign one or two attackers.
