Inter Miami President, Jorge Mas, has said the club is in talks with Lionel Messi’s former Barcelona teammates, Jordi Alba and Luis Suarez, in a bid to reunite them with the Argentine at the MSL side.
DAILY POST recalls that Messi joined Inter Miami in a shock move from Paris Saint-Germain last month.
Mas said the club is pushing to bring in duo or more superstars after landing Messi and Sergio Busquets.
“Two or three more players will come. We spoke with Jordi Alba, while Luis Suarez has a contract and a release clause. I don’t know if that will happen or not”, Mas told El Pais.
He said all the deals would be completed before July 15, 2023.

Chelsea are reportedly looking to sell another seven of its players this summer window, with the likes of Christian Pulisic and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on that list.
According to Standard Sport, the Blues are already looking at over £200 million in sales this summer and are keen to sell the likes of Pulisic, who could soon be off to AC Milan and Aubameyang, who is being linked with teams in the Middle East.
Other players are Trevoh Chalobah, Marc Cucurella, Cesar Azpilicueta, who appears destined to head back to his native Spain, Callum Hudson-Odoi, who is attracting interest from Premier League side Nottingham Forest, and Romelu Lukaku, who wants permanent transfer to Inter Milan.
