Manchester City have decided to pull out of the race to sign Declan Rice from West Ham.

The Premier League champions are not interested in bidding for the England midfielder.

This follows Arsenal’s third offer of £100 million upfront and £5 million in add-ons.

Today, Manchester City discussed leaving Declan Rice after Arsenal submitted a record bid.

“City have no intention to enter into a bidding war, as always. There are no plans to match the £105 million proposal.

On Wednesday morning, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano tweeted, “Over to Arsenal and West Ham now.”.
